Define Virtual Map Settings

Explanation

Use this activity to define the content and presentation of information associated with a particular business object type.

Prerequisites

Map Positions should be added to the Service List for the business object type being defined on the Object Connections window.  

System Effects

When a position object for the defined business object type has been added to the virtual map, the content and presentation of information will reflect those settings defined by this activity.

Procedure

1. Open the Virtual Map Settings window.
2. Click Auto-Configure.
3. Select the required business object type in the Configuration field.
4. Define virtual map settings on the relevant tabs as required.
5. Save your changes.
