Use this dialog box to create a fault report from a stop event. When this dialog box is opened, mandatory data will be received from the specified stop event. You need to enter a short description of the fault and the maintenance organization responsible for the fault report. Apart from this, you can change the given mandatory data and include additional information before saving the record.
Once the connection is completed and the stop event record saved, you can click on the link (Work Order XXX) in the Stop Event window to view information on the new fault report.
