Enter Scrapping Event
Explanation
Use this activity to register a scrapping event. When
new scrapping events are reported it is mandatory that a production event be
connected to the new record. This connection is necessary in order to retrieve
information on the product, quality, produced quantity and production date of
the production unit you want.
Prerequisites
The production event to which the scrapping event is
required to be connected must have been registered in the
Produced Event
window.
System Effects
	- A scrapping event with a unique ID is
registered and available for use (e.g., for analysis) in IFS/OEE.

- The stop event record will be available
in the Production Unit and Production Unit Overview
	windows.
- The scrapping event can be used for calculating
the quality of production (the Q figure) during an APQ analysis or at a
later stage using the Production Process Optimization process.
