View OEE Overview
Explanation
Use this activity
to obtain an overview of all your production units. In the
OEE Overview
window you can view APQ values for the last 30 days,
observe if the trends are positive or negative, and view the current status of a
production unit. You can also configure the data you want in this window as per
your requirements. For instance, you can include or exclude a production unit
from the overview and/or determine if trends are to be calculated [or not].
The OEE Overview window is divided into
two sections. In the upper section of the window, a table with percentage values
for A (availability), P (performance), and Q (quality), as well as the calculated APQ
value for each production unit is available. Calculated short and long term
trend values can also be viewed in this table.
- APQ values are calculated for the past 30 days
using goal rates and internal events.
- The actual APQ values will be displayed with a Red
background if the values are below the set goal.
- The actual APQ values will be displayed with a
normal background if the values exceed the set goal.
- The short trend of APQ values is calculated by
comparing the latest week to the past four weeks.
- The long trend of APQ values is calculated by
comparing the last 30 days to the past 90 days.
-
Trend values will be displayed with a Red background if
the calculated values are minus five percent and more.
-
Trend values will be displayed with a Yellow background
if the calculated values are between zero and minus five percent.
-
Trend values will be displayed with a Green background
if the calculated values are positive.
In the
lower section of the window, a production rate graph is displayed for each
production unit. This graph can be used to identify when, during its operational
life cycle, the production unit was in operation or stopped. The current status
of the production unit is shown in the header of the graph. You can also view
information on the number of stops and average production rate of a production
unit in the graph. In addition to this, it is possible to obtain a more detailed
view of a production unit by selecting the given link (Details).
Prerequisites
The production unit must exist in the Selected
Production Units list in the Configure APQ Overview dialog box.
System Effects
APQ figures and trends together with the production
rates can be analyzed for follow up of a production unit.
