View Selected Events Individually

Explanation

Use this activity to view information on a selection of events that were reported during the time period specified for analysis. This event information can be viewed in the OEE Event Overview window. This window consists of five tab windows: Stop Event, Production Change Event, Produced Event, Scrapping Event, and Log Event. When the window is opened the tab containing the largest number of event records will be placed in focus. Following is a list of options available in this window and its tabs:

Procedure

  1. Open the Object Structure Stop Analysis window for your production unit.
  2. Right-click on the graph containing the events you want, and then click Show Selected Events.
  3. The OEE Event Overview window opens, and the tab containing the largest number of event records will be placed in focus.
  4. The number of records each tab contains is included alongside the tab name (Stop Event XX).
  5. To sort the event list in the tab, click on the right part of a column title. A arrow (turned upward or downward) will appear in the column title when the event records are sorted.
  6. To export data from this window to be used in another application, select the event row (s) you want, right-click, and then click Export.
  7. To get a more detailed view of an event, select the row that holds the event record, right-click, and then click Show Details.
  8. To modify an event, select the row that holds the event record, right-click, and then click Edit Event.
  9. To add one or more events to a selection, select the rows that hold the required event records, right-click, and then click Add to Selection.
