Enter Mandatory PM Information

Explanation

Use this activity to enter mandatory information required to create a Separate PM action. 

Prerequisites

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a separate PM action with a unique PM number will be created. The new PM Action will be in the Preliminary status.

Procedure

  1. Open Separate PM Action and create a new record (F5).
  2. Enter an appropriate revision in the Revision field. 
  3. In the Object ID field, enter an equipment object on which the PM action will be performed. Use List of Values to select a suitable value.
  4. In the Action field, select the PM action code for what must be done.
  5. Click the General tab.
  6. In the Operational Status field, specify the operational status of the object during the PM action.
  7. In the Maint. Org field, specify the responsible maintenance organization.
  8. Save the information (F12).
