Service Contract/Vehicle Services
Usage
Use this tab to define service lines (i.e., work types
the customer is entitled to) for the vehicle
objects covered by the service contract. The tab is divided into 2 sections. On
the left you have a tree navigator where you can view the serial structure of
the vehicle object.
On the right of the tab you have the detailed view per
service line where you can enter information related to:
- The object for which the service line is
applicable. An object can be a VIM serial top part or a top part structure.
- Execution details - default values that will be
inherited by the work order, i.e., work shop code, work type and standard
job.
- The service level agreement applicable to the
object. This can be different to the service level agreement included in the
service contract.
- Invoicing options - determine how the service line
should be invoiced. For more information refer to the online help document:
