IFS/Capacity Requirements Planning allows you to generate a two-dimensional color bar graph that depicts the CRP workload for a selected production area. Before you perform the workload calculation, you must specify a production area and date range. As an alternative to the daily workload, you can view the accumulated weekly load.
A separate bar graph depicts the CRP workload for each of the following production areas:
Each bar graph shows the following types of color-coded workload sources:
The line at the top of the graph shows the production area's theoretical capacity. Any bar that goes over the capacity line is overload and appears in a corresponding overload color. With the source of the workload and extent of the overload clearly depicted in color, it is easy to determine if you need to take action.
To view related information about the production area's workload for the specified date range, you can bring up the following windows from the window displaying the bar graph: CRP Load per Work Centers, Operations per Work Center, and Orders per Work Center.
