View MRP Material Plan Graph

Explanation

Use this activity to generate a bar graph that depicts supply, demand, and project balance for a given range of date intervals.

Prerequisites

This activity requires the existence of an Inventory (MRP) part, along with a period template.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the system generates a two-dimensional bar graph of MRP data for a user-specified Inventory (MRP) part, including supply, demand, and projected balance. The graph appears in the lower section of the MRP Material Plan Graph window.

Procedure

1. In the MRP Material Plan Graph window, specify the Inventory (MRP) part number, site, and period template ID.
2. Right-click and then click Show Graph.
3. On the dialog box that appears, change the default period range if needed.
4. Click OK to generate the graph.

Note: If the template start date falls after the current date, then the current date appears in the Period Begin Date and Period End Date fields and the period numbers 0 and 1 are used respectively.
