Perform PMRP Report
Explanation
This activity is used to print the PMRP results. The report contains
the system-generated proposals from the planning methods. If you do not want to
enter a specific selection criterion for the site, planner, or part number, enter
the wildcard character (%). If
you do not want to enter a specific selection criterion for the project ID and
activity sequence, leave it blank. All the output from PMRP sites, projects,
activity sequences
,
planners, or part numbers will be displayed.
Prerequisites
The PMRP calculation must have
been performed.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the system will create a PMRP
report.

Procedure

Open the Perform PMRP Report window.

In
the Site field, specify the site for which you want to print the
report. Click List to select from the available sites. Enter the
wildcard character (%)
to indicate all the sites.

In the Project
ID field, specify the project for which you want to print the report.
Click List to select from the available projects. Leave this field blank to
print the report for all the projects.

In the Activity Sequence field, specify the
activity sequence number for which you want to print the report. Leave this
field blank to select all the activities.

In the Part No field, specify the part for
which you want to print the report. Click List to select
from the available parts. Enter the wildcard character (%)
to indicate all the part numbers.

If you want to view PMRP proposals, click Yes in the
Show Orders Changed list.

If you want to view order change proposals, click Yes
in the Show Orders Changed list.

In the
Up to Date field, enter the last date for which you want to view the orders.

Click
OK.

The Report print dialogue box opens

When you
are ready to print the report, click
OK. You can click Preview to preview the
report, or click Cancel
to abort the printing. You can also print a report from the preview.
Note: To schedule the perform
PMRP print report as a background job, open the
New Database Task Schedule window and
set scheduling parameters.
