Study PMRP Part Information
by Periodic Template
Explanation
This activity is used to view
information about planned receipts/deliveries and gross requirements of the parts, using
the periods specified by a template. You can also recalculate the details for the desired template.
Prerequisites
- The material requirements calculation must have been performed for the part.
- The period template must have been defined.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the system will display
the gross demands for a part
using the periods specified by a template.

Procedure

Open the PMRP Part Information window.

Retrieve
the part for which you want to study the specified information. Use
the Query or Populate function to retrieve the
information.

Click
the
Gross Requirements by Template tab to view the
gross requirements for the part calculated by PMRP
using the periods specified by a template. If
a default template exists for the site with which the selected part is
associated, it is used to display the gross requirements information.

To change the period template, right-click in the
header and then click
Select Period
Template. Specify the period
template in the Template ID field. Use the List option to select
from the available period templates. Click
OK.

To update
the period template details, right-click and then click
Recalculate Period Template. Select the begin date for the first period in
the Period 1 Begin Date field and select the calendar in the Calendar ID
field. Use the List option to select from the available calendars.

Click
OK.
