Toggle Roll Flag

Explanation

Use this activity to toggle the state of the Roll Flag or selected spare part records.

Prerequisites

This activity requires that one or more spare parts have already been created.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the value of the roll flag for all selected records will be changed to the other value. Possible values are Roll out and Drop forecast.

Procedure

1. Select the row or rows containing the record whose Roll Flag value you wish to change.
2. From the RMB menu, choose Toggle Roll Flag. All records are toggled to the other value.
