Unreserve Temporary Inventory Supply

Explanation

Use this activity to unreserve parts that are stored temporary in inventory. Parts stored in temporary inventory are parts that are completed from a supply order but not yet reserved to the supply order for the parent DOP order.

Prerequisites

This activity requires that there exist parts in temporary inventory for the DOP order and that the supply order for the parent DOP order is not yet released.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, completed parts stored in temporary inventory are unreserved.

Procedure

1. On the DOP Order window, select the DOP order that you want to unreserve the completed parts stored in the temporary inventory.
2. Click the Supply tab and then click the Temp Inventory tab.
3. Select the parts you want to unreserve.
4. Right-click and then click Unreserve.
