Reload Operations
Explanation
This activity is used to reload operations for maintenance tasks.
When this activity is performed, the operations are reloaded automatically
and you do not have to manually add or remove operations to the maintenance
tasks. This feature is useful when changes have been made to the task library
(operations and subtasks) which affect the maintenance order scope.
Prerequisites
To perform this activity, a maintenance order in the Under Preparation
status must exist.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, operations on the maintenance task will be
updated.
- All new and applicable operations are added to the maintenance task.
- Any operations that have been made obsolete, will be removed from the
task.
- If new operation revisions exists, these will replace the old revisions
connected to the task.

Procedure
- Open the Maintenance Order window and
search for the necessary
maintenance order.
- Click the Maint. Order Str. tab.
- In the graphical maintenance order structure, select the task for which
you want to reload operations, right-click, and then click
Reload Operations. You can also right-click on the
Task Details
sub tab or the Included Tasks tab, and then click
Reload Operations.
