Complete Activity

Explanation

The Complete menu option sets the selected activity to Completed. Completing an activity changes its status from Released to Completed. Once an activity is in Completed status, the only legal state transition is back to Released status.

Prerequisites

The activity must be in Released status.

System Effects

The activity is in Completed status.
No costs, revenue or hours can be reported on the activity.
The complete date is set to the current date.
The activity can be demoted to Released status.

Select the project activity to be completed, then click Complete in the menu.
