Connect Document to Activity 

Explanation

Documents registered in IFS Document Management can be connected to activities.

Prerequisites

• The activity must exist.

System Effects

• The activity has one or more document connections.
• The document can be accessed from the activity by using the Attachments.
• The activity is accessible from the document.

Procedure

1. Select the activity(ies).
2. Click the Attachments. 
3. The Attachments pane appears with all selected activities available in the Activity list.
4. In the Documents, insert an existing document or create a new document. For more details on this, see Attachments/Documents.
