Connect Document To Project Demand 

Explanation

Documents registered in IFS Document Management can be connected to miscellaneous demand.

Prerequisites

• The miscellaneous demand must exist.

System Effects

• The miscellaneous demand has one or more document connections.
• The document can be accessed from the Misc. Part tab or Misc. No Part tab by using the Connected Objects option.
• The miscellaneous demand is accessible from the document.

Procedure

1. Select the miscellaneous demand line.
2. Click the Attachments.
3. The Attachments  pane appears with all selected miscellaneous demand lines available in the Project Misc Procurement list box.
4. In the Documents , insert an existing document or create a new document. For more details on this, see Attachments/Documents.
