Delete Project Demand
Explanation
Perform this activity to remove miscellaneous demand lines, and at the same
time delete connected purchase requisitions or cancel purchase orders, DOP
Headers or Shop Orders which have been pegged to those lines.
Prerequisites
- A DOP header must have been created for the miscellaneous
demand.
- A Shop Order must have been created for the miscellaneous
demand.
- A Purchase Requisition must have been created for the miscellaneous
demand.
- If a Purchase Order has been created from the Purchase Requisition, the Purchase Order
must be in status "Planned".
- If the miscellaneous demand line cannot be cancelled/deleted, you must cancel the purchase order line from the purchase order manually.
System Effects
- The selected miscellaneous demand lines will be deleted.
- If the DOP is allowed to be cancelled, the DOP will be cancelled.
- If the Shop Order is allowed to be cancelled, the Shop Order will be
cancelled.
- If Purchase Order have not been created from the connected Purchase Requisition, the
Requisition is deleted.
- If Purchase Order have been created from the connected Purchase Requisition, the
Purchase Order Line's status will be changed to Cancelled.

Procedure
1. Select the lines that are to be
deleted.
2. Use the standard command Remove to remove the line and the connected Purchase
Requisitions or pegged orders.
