Disconnect Manually Connected Objects

Explanation

Use this function to disconnect objects which have been manually connected to a project activity.

Prerequisites

• The object activity must have manually connected objects.
• No economic transactions have been created by the connected object.

System Effects

• The object is disconnected from the activity.
• Project pre-postings are removed from the object.
• The object disappears from the Project Navigator/Connections tab.

Procedure

1. Select the activity to disconnect the object from, then select the Connections tab.
2. Select the menu option Connect/Disconnect Object.
3. In the Connect/Disconnect dialog box, go to the relevant tab and clear the checkbox of the object to be disconnected.
4. Click OK to save your changes and close the window.
