Replan Activity

Explanation

When an activity is in Released status, it can be returned to Planned status via the menu option Replan. This enables planning for the activity to be done again.

Prerequisites

• The activity must be in Released status.
• No cost, revenue or hours can have been registered on the activity.

System Effects

• The activity is in Planned status.
• Cost, revenue or hours cannot be registered on the activity.
• The actual start date is removed.
• The activity can be cancelled or released from this status.

Procedure

Select the activity to be re-planned, then click on the menu option Replan in the menu.
