Add Specific Checklist Items

Explanation

Use this activity to connect specific checklist items to your Control Plan Manufacturing, Control Plan Purchasing, or Control Plan Inventory.

Prerequisites

A Control Plan header must have been created.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, specific checklist items are connected to the Control Plan Manufacturing, Control Plan Purchasing, or Control Plan Inventory. When all checklist questions have been addressed, the Checklist Status field in the Control Plan header receives the Approved status.

Procedure

  1. Choose Checklist from either the right mouse button menu or the Operations menu to open the Checklist for Control Plan window.
  2. Click anywhere in the table to select it. 
  3. Create a new record.
  4. The Sequence No field is system-generated.
  5. Enter the appropriate information in the Checklist Question and Checklist Comment fields. 
  6. Save when complete.
