Review Checklist Questions

Explanation

Use this activity to review a checklist connected to a Control Plan Manufacturing, Control Plan Purchasing, or Control Plan Inventory.

Prerequisites

A Control Plan must have been created. 

System Effects

Once all checklist questions have been addressed, the Checklist Status field in the Control Plan header receives the Approved status. The Control Plan can then be changed to the Active status.

Procedure

1. In Control Plan - Manufacturing, Control Plan - Purchasing, or Control Plan I- nventory, open the Control Plan that you want to review.
2. Choose Checklist from either the right mouse button menu or the Operations menu to open the Checklist for Control Plan window.
3. For each Checklist Question, select the Checklist Item Status check box if the question has been addressed in the Control Plan.
4. Save when complete.
