Enter Arrival Location

Explanation

Several receive cases require that an arrival location be entered for the current site when you are entering the arrival. Locations are entered in Inventory Locations window. Pallet-handled parts need a pallet arrival location; otherwise, they are handled piece by piece. (For further information about entering pallet arrival locations, see the separate activity.)

Prerequisites

A proper location group must have been entered.

System Effects

An arrival location that belongs to an appropriate location group is created.
