Generate Initial Candidate List

Explanation

Use this function to generate an initial candidate list. It is possible to match on both internal and external applicants.

You will use the Matching Engine function, and the result (applicants or employees) will be based on the selected position's required criteria. 

Prerequisites

Before generating an initial candidate list, a Personnel Requisition No and Candidate ID must have been registered.

Procedure

1. Select a Personnel Requisition No in Personnel Requisition / Job Candidate.
2. Create an initial candidate list by using the Operations menu or the right mouse button function Generate Initial Candidate List.
3. Select Internal or External in Candidate Source.
4. Select From Specification Matching in Creation Method.
5. Select Overwrite or Append to the Existing List in Result Compilation.
6. Press OK and the Matching Engine starts.
7. Check the setting and criteria.
8. Press Proceed.
9. Save.
