Register Employee Induction Program

Explanation

Use this activity to plan which induction (orientation) activities the employee should complete. You can choose from the standard induction activities.

The most common induction activity is meeting with a Recruitment Officer or HR personnel and the employee's direct supervisor. Some induction programs include activities such as getting a photo ID, getting measurement for work uniforms, signing documents, etc. Some may also include a training program.

The induction program is generally the same for all employees. However, there may be cases where additional or different tasks are required.

Procedure

  1. Select the desired employee number.
  2. Position the cursor in the column Induction Program Act and select New.
  3. Enter an induction program for the specified employee.
  4. Select Save.
