Register Qualitative Selection Level
Explanation
Use this function to define the levels of a selection
process, which are not numerical. A typical scale could be Excellent, Good,
Average, and Poor. You can also rank the qualitative selections in a sequential order.
Rearrange the sequence in the Ranking
Qualitative Selection
window via the right mouse button.

Procedure

Select New.

You must fill in the Qualitative Selection Level and Qualitative
Selection Rank fields. The Qualitative Selection Description field is optional.

Save.
- Select Ranking Qualitative Selection on
the right mouse button menu.
- The system assigns the order number as the records are entered.
- Change the order of Qualitative Selection Level by using this dialog
box. Mark the rank number you want to rearrange and use the
and
buttons to
change the qualitative measurement level.
- Click OK to accept the changes or Cancel to void the changes.
