Perform Mitigating Actions

Explanation

This activity refers to both a manual action where the mitigating actions have to be carried out to reduce the impact of the risk as well as changing the status on the action to reflect that the actions are ongoing or closed.

Prerequisites

Action records must be defined and saved on the particular risk analysis.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to reflect the change in status of the action:

1. Open the Risk Analysis Navigator/Risk Action List tab, the Risk Problems or Risk Problem window and query (F3) for the Response ID that the action in mind belongs to.
2. In the Status field, select Active or Closed from the drop-down list.
3. Click Save(F12).
