Revise Risk Analysis

Explanation

This activity is used to peruse through the entire risk structure and assess the need for any revisions to be made. It is also important at this juncture to change the status on the parent consequence record to reflect the effect on the consequence once the mitigating actions have been performed.

Prerequisites

The risk analysis should have the Status Analysis in Progress.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to change the status on a consequence:

1. Open the Risk Analysis Navigator window and select the Consequence List tab, or open either the Risk Consequences or Risk Consequence windows.
   
   Note: If you use the Consequence List tab on the Risk Analysis Navigator window, navigate to and select the problem node for the selected risk analysis to change the status on a consequence. When using the Risk Consequences or Risk Consequence window, query (F3) and click List in the Risk Analysis ID and Problem ID fields, and select the required risk analysis and problem record. Next select OK to display the consequence record to be modified.
   
2. In the Status field, select a status from the drop down list that reflects the state of the consequence.
3. Click Save.
