Create Simulation

Explanation

This activity is used to create a new simulation. A simulation can be defined as a set of parts and a set of resources, where the parts have work that needs to be completed via the resources.

Prerequisites

A work time calendar must have been defined.

As a result of this activity you a simulation header will be created.

Procedure

1. Open the Simulation window.
2. In the Simulation ID field and the Simulation Description field enter appropriate values.
3. In the Calendar ID field, enter a required value or click List to select one from the List of Values.
4. Click Save when complete.
