Set Simulation Access

Explanation

Use this activity to set the view and edit access for the simulation.

Prerequisites

A simulation access group must exist if group access should be used.

As a result of this activity, you will define the view and edit access for the simulation.

Procedure

Set private access:

1. In the Simulation window, right-click and point to Set Access, then click Private.

Set public access:

1. In the Simulation window, right-click and point to Set Access, then click Public.

Set group access:

1. In the Simulation window, right-click and point to Set Access, then click Group.
2. Click the Access tab.
3. Click New and enter a relevant group, or click List to select a group from the List of Values.
4. Click Save when complete.
