Reset Customer Schedule

Explanation

It is possible to use the reset function as long as the schedule is not released, i.e., it can be returned to the first step in the schedule flow. This step has the Entered status. You can redo the schedule flow either manually or automatically. The schedule can be reset and run through the flow as many times as you wish before it is released.

Note: A customer schedule can be reset even if the approver is blocked for use.

Prerequisites

The schedule must be entered and not yet have reached the Released status.

System Effects

You have the opportunity to rerun the schedule through the schedule flow once more.

Procedure

  1. Query for the desired schedule.
  2. To Reset the schedule manually, right-click and then click Reset..
  3. Click OK on the dialog box that appears.
