Create Service Quotation from Maintenance Order
Explanation
This activity is used to either create a new service quotation for the 
maintenance order, or connect the maintenance order to an existing service 
quotation. When connecting to an existing service quotation, the service quotations in 
the table are displayed according to the customer type. If the customer type is
Prospect, all service quotations in the New or Under Preparation 
status with that customer type are displayed. If the customer type is Normal, 
and a customer is specified, all existing service quotations in the New or 
Under Preparation status for that customer are displayed.
Prerequisites
	- A maintenance order must exist and it must not be connected to any 
	service quotations. 
- Customer information must be defined in the 
	Customer window in IFS/Enterprise if you want to enter a maintenance order connected 
	to a customer. 
System Effects
As a result of this activity, a service quotation connected to the 
maintenance order is created or the maintenance order is added to an existing 
quotation.

Procedure
	- Open the Maintenance Order window and query for the maintenance order.
- Right-click and click Create Service Quotation. The Create 
	Service Quotation dialog box is opened. 
- Select a value in the Customer Type field. 
	- To connect to an existing service quotation, select the Connect to 
	Existing Service Quotation? check box, then select Connect?.
- To create a new service quotation, enter values in the header fields.
	- Click OK.
