Use this tab to connect the customer agreements that will be explicitly used by the service quotation. You cannot create new customer agreements in this tab. To create a new customer agreement or to update information on an existing agreement, right-click and click Customer Agreement. In the sub tabs, you can enter discounts for the sales groups applicable for the agreement and/or enter deals for the sales parts which are connected to the agreement.
