Competency Structure 
Usage
Use this window to arrange the structure competencies in the company. This 
structure can be arranged easily using the drag and drop function.
  Note:   
    - You can add, modify, or 
	delete a record in this window table only if the current active company 
	selected the Company Details
    window. Otherwise, you can only query the 
	existing data. 
- In the case of single company (only one company existing in
      the system),  registering new data in this window will automatically insert it to
	
	Groups. Conversely, deleting the existing data in this window will automatically
      remove it from 
	Groups, as long as the data is not being used
      in other windows. 
In this window, you can also change competency elements in to competency 
	groups provided that the competency element has not already been used.
