Use this window to view, add, modify, and delete support information for customers. Information about the customer, support organization and work calendar will be copied from the support agreement, but it is possible to modify this information independent of the support agreement. A support key handles information about a particular customer installation or a customer site, including secure information. Business objects (such as equipment objects or a customer agreement) may be connected to a support key.
