Usage

Use this tab to enter and view information on support levels. Each support level consists of a set of response times defined for each severity value. These response times are updated automatically when a particular support level is selected for a support agreement, but can also be modified to suit the specific support agreement.  A default support level has to be defined for the support agreements.
