Use this activity to print Forms 1099-MISC Laser on a laser printer. Normally, a Form 1099-MISC is printed for each supplier only if the total annual payment to the supplier is above the IRS-specified threshold amount. It is printed regardless of the amount if federal and/or state income tax is being withheld for the supplier.
This activity requires that a company and supplier exist. The company must be set up to use sales tax, and the supplier must be designated as subject to Form 1099 income tax reporting and/or withholding. The system must be set up to print to a laser printer using the standard IRS Forms 1099-MISC Laser.
As a result of this entry, Forms 1099-MISC Laser are printed on a laser printer.
