Main Exercise
Purpose: The purpose of this lesson is to define cost type
pricing.
Windows:

Define Cost Type Pricing
- Open the
Cost Types tab and populate it.
- Create a new record, and select a suitable cost type using the List of
Values.
- In the Sales Value column, select a Cost, Zero or List Price value
from the list.
- In the Price List No column, enter a list price using the List of
Values.
- In the Use % of List Price column, a percent of the list price can
be entered, useful for used material.
- In the Fee (%) column, enter a fee if sales value is Cost or Zero.
The Fee Cap column will limit the nominal fee value for expensive parts.
- In the Currency column, select a sales currency code using the List
of Values..
- In the Payer column, select a payer (defaulted to the contract
customer) using the List of Values.
