  • With the status handling functionality on a maintenance order, you can keep track of work at a maintenance visit.

SET MAINTENANCE ORDER TO WORK DONE
  • Once work is completed, the maintenance order should be set to the Work Done status.
    • Set automatically when all connected tasks are in the Work Done or Finished statuses
    • Use the Status feature on the maintenance order to manually change the status
  • In this status,
    • Additional tasks cannot be added to the maintenance order
    • Sign off can be performed on the maintenance order
