Course Description for Executing Component Repair Order

This course aims to provide knowledge regarding the how to work with MRO Component Repair Order (CRO) in IFS Applications.

You will become familiar with the component repair order terms and find out how to set up required data. You can then enter component repair order lines, which then can be processed in either a Manufacturing- or a Maintenance environment. For customer-requested services you will become familiar with how to receive parts to repair and how to create a customer order for the return of the parts as well as how to handle invoicing of the requested service types.
