Define Special Price

Purpose: The purpose of this exercise is to define special price.

Windows:
Complex Assembly Service Contract /Structure Pricing /Special Price

1. Open the Special Price tab and select a level in the product structure, where an inventory transaction exists for a specific inventory part on the current work order.
2. Create a new record in the table, and select the sales part, connected to the specific inventory part, using the List of Values.
3. In the Price column, enter a sales price.
4. In the Currency column, enter a sales currency code.

Main Exercise

Purpose: The purpose of this lesson is to use a special price definition.

Windows:
Complex Assembly Work Order /Sales Lines

Create Sales Line With Special Price

1. Select the same level of the product structure as the one used in the Define Special Price exercise.
2. Right-click anywhere in the header, and then click Remove all Sales Lines to clear all cost and sales lines.
3. Right-click anywhere in the header, and then click Apply Agreement to generate cost and sales lines.
4. Check that the sales price for the sales line is the same as the special price definition.
