- To create requisitions from planning processes, you will need to set up
the following data:
- Manufactured Inventory Part
- With a structure (either product structure or recipe structure)
- Demand for Manufactured Parts (by Performing MRP)

- The MRP process will create shop order requisitions for any parts that
meet all of the following conditions:
- The lead time code must be Manufactured.
- The part must have a part revision that is effective for the date the
shop order would start.
- A manufacturing structure must exist for the revision in either a
Plannable or Buildable state.

- Shop order requisitions created by MRP have a type of MRP.
- Shop order requisitions that have been converted to shop orders are not
changed or removed by master scheduling.
- When the MRP process plans a part, any shop order requisitions that were
previously created by planning processes for the part are removed before
any new shop order requisitions for that part are created.
