Purpose: The purpose of this exercise is to show you
how to calculate the gross
requirements for the delivery project.

Verify that the correct required quantity has been calculated for each project item.
Look at the required date for each of the second-level standard planned project items. Note that this date is the early finish date of the project activity connected to the top project item minus its manufacturing leadtime.
Look at the required date of each project-specific project item 20–11XX (Engine Block 1600) and 20–10XX (Engine 1600). This date should reflect the early finish date of the activity connected to the item.
