Free Time Search
The
Free
Time Search window can be accessed from many places depending on your
requirement.
Note: Observe that since the search was invoked from the Prepare Work Order window, the site and the maintenance organization is retrieved automatically. The same applies to the Earliest Date/Time and Latest Date/Time fields (which corresponds to the Planned Start and Planned Finish dates on the Prepare Work Order/Prepare tab respectively). If these dates are not present on the Prepare Work Order/Prepare tab, the system date is displayed by default. The Employee resource type is displayed by default, regardless of from where the search is invoked. You can change the resource type as required.

Note: To search for tools and facilities, change the resource type to Tools and Facilities and follow the same steps. You can use the following values.
