Note: Suppose that you are working as an operator of a part of the plant. Suddenly, you hear strange noises coming from the pump, and it seems to be an urgent problem. You decide to make a fault report.
Note: After it is saved, the fault report receives a unique work order number. All information entered in the Fault Report window should be prepared in the Prepare Work Order window, where you can link further information to the work order. Right-click and then click Prepare to open this window.
Note: For this exercise, assume that there have been frequent problems with the copy machine in the SD department at customer 3000 Pulp and Paper Mill.
Note: All new work orders created in this window automatically receive the Work Request status. Right-click and then click Prepare to enter more information on the work order.
