Copy Existing Tax Report Template
Explanation
This activity is used to copy an existing tax template and save it with a different template ID and a description. The purpose 
of copying an existing tax template is to create a new tax template. Once a tax template has been copied, it is possible to modify the 
information relating to the template as required in the 
Tax Templates 
window.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, at least one tax 
template with the Copying is Allowed check box selected in the 
Tax Templates window, must exist.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, a new tax template 
will be available to be used when creating a tax report.

Copy Tax Template Basic
Procedure
	- Open the Tax Templates window 
	and query for the tax template that you want to copy.
- Select the record, right-click and then click Copy 
	Tax Template Basic to open the 
	Copy Tax Template Basic 
	dialog box.
- Enter an ID and a description in the 
	Destination area for the new template which will be created. (Note: 
	Template IDs S000-S999 are reserved for system defined 
	templates.)
- If you want to create a new file template for the 
	new tax template by modifying the file template used by the source tax 
	template, enter a new ID in the File Template field.
- Click OK
	to copy the tax template to the 
	Tax Templates window.
- In the Tax Templates window, 
	query for the template ID you entered in the 
	Copy Tax Template Basic 
	dialog box.
- Make any necessary modifications to the 
	information displayed in the 
	Tax Templates window for the 
	tax template.
- Save the information.
