Register Time Management Aware Modules

Explanation

This activity is used to define modules that should be available in the Time Registration window.

The aware modules which can be connected to IFS/Time Registration are PRJREP (Project Reporting), PCM (Preventive and Corrective Maintenance), SHPORD (Shop Orders) and INDIRECT (Indirect Jobs). Note: SHPORD and INDIRECT aware modules belong to IFS/Manufacturing.

There are no prerequisites.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the aware modules you entered will be enabled in the Time Registration window.

Procedure

1. Open the Time Registration Aware Modules window.
2. Create a new record and enter the required aware module in the Module field.
3. Click the Active check box if you want the module to be active.
