Query Wage Code Hours

Explanation

This activity is used to view the summarized time reported on a specific wage code or on a specific wage type. You can also view e.g. the summarized number of hours the employees are scheduled to work or were present at work. You can combine up to twelve wage types and wage codes. Also, you can perform additions, subtractions and divisions in various calculations. It is possible to save the query so that you can go back and view the same information for e.g. another time interval or another group of employees.

Procedure

  1. Open the Wage Hours Analysis window.
  2. Query or populate to select a supervisor.
  3. In the Org Code field, enter an organization code if you want to narrow the query down (does not affect the number of employees shown, but the displayed information only).
  4. Specify the period for which you want to analyze information by entering dates in the From and To fields.
  5. In the Employee Data Selection group box, use the 12 fields to select the wage types and time types you want to use.
  6. Click Populate to view information in the table.
     
  7. If you want to save the query you performed, click Save. The Save Selection dialog box will open. Enter a name in the Name field and click OK.
     
  8. If you want to select a saved query, click Fetch. The Fetch Selection dialog box will open. In the Name field, select the required saved query by using the list.
  9. Click Populate to view information in the table as you did in step 6.
