Register Company Identity

Explanation

Use this function to rename a company ID so that it matches the Company ID in your payroll system. By default, the system uses the same Company ID in the transfer file as in the application. If you use other systems with other Company ID's, you may want to use this function to match the different company ID's.

Note: The new company ID is valid only when you transfer transactions using the Payroll Interface component.

Procedure

1. Select New.
2. Type the Company ID or use the List of Values.
3. Enter the new identity for the selected company.
4. Enter a description of the new company identity.
5. Select Save.
