Usage

Use the middle part (Competency Required) of this window to view and analyze the competency gap for a selected employee. 

The employees competency requirement can be compared either to their current job assignment or to the next planned job assignment (Employee Development/Career Plan Counseling/Career Path).

Note: All data in the left side of this window is query only. You cannot add new items, or modify or delete the existing items in this window.

The following option is available via the Operations menu or the right mouse button:

Note: You can only update the employee competency level if the employee has already attended and passed all mandatory course(s) for the specified Competency Group and Competency Element (based on Element Level in Strategic HR Base).

Use the bottom of the window, Course Competency, to analyze the course competency level for the list of training courses.
